Residential Tiers
*Driveway plowing is charged per pass. Walkway service is charged per storm.

Best for customers who want the bulk of the snow cleared but do not mind handling some light cleanup themselves. Service begins once the established snowfall trigger is reached. Some packed or thin snow may remain after plowing.

Plow pass in front of the mailbox
Salting can always be requested separately but is based on crew and material availability.

Best for customers who do not want to handle plowing during a normal snow event, or ice build-up on their driveway after. Once the established snowfall trigger is reached, we plow the driveway and return after the storm to apply a layer of salt to ensure traction and a clear driveway. This is an excellent option for steep driveways where dependable traction and ice management are especially important.

Driveway salting after each plowing event
Plow pass in front of the mailbox
Salting can always be requested separately but is based on crew and material availability.

A full plowing option with added walkway/front step cleaning. Once the established snowfall trigger is reached, we plow and clear + salt the included walkways after service to ensure your home remains accessable to you.
This is a great option for those who don’t want to shovel themselves out after each storm.

Designed for customers who never want to think about snow or ice. Wether it’s a little snow, freezing rain or an ice event, we respond as conditions require without waiting for the normal snowfall trigger.
We take care of and prevent the ice so you do not have to monitor the forecast, request service or handle winter cleanup yourself. It is also an excellent option for steep driveways where dependable traction and ice management are especially important.
Includes:
Salt service for driveway during ice events or when rain is expected to freeze
Salt Service for walkway during ice events or when rain is expected to freeze
Salting Options
Customers on any package may request salting at any time. Requested salting is based on crew and material availability and is not guaranteed.
Customers who include salting in their package receive discounted salting rates.
Pet-friendly salt is available for walkways and front steps upon request.
Salting is most effective when applied immediately after a storm or before ice has fully formed. If heavy ice or thick buildup is already present, results may be limited and complete melting cannot be guaranteed.
If an urgent salting request is made after crews have completed service or packed up for the event, an emergency service fee may apply. Any additional fee will be clearly stated before service.

Roof raking is available during larger storms to help remove heavy snow buildup from accessible roof areas.

For customers who do not want large snowbanks building up around their property, snow carting is available upon request. We can load and remove accumulated snow to keep the property looking cleaner, improve visibility and prevent banks from becoming excessively large throughout the winter.
Snow carting is quoted separately and is based on crew, equipment and disposal-site availability.

Emergency and last-minute plowing calls are available based on storm conditions and crew availability and are not guaranteed. Emergency fees may apply and will always be clearly stated before service.
